Kelly Schnur Consulting was born out of a desire to spend my days doing work I enjoy with people facing the same challenges I faced throughout my career. I want to help you grow and succeed, both personally and professionally, to be the best you can be while doing what you enjoy most.
Throughout my 25 year career as a business operations and human resources leader, I developed the unique ability to work with both executives and teams in corporate and non-profit settings as well as individuals to tackle the challenges keeping them from achieving their desired goals.
Drawing on this experience, I provide strategic business consulting and executive coaching to small and mid-size companies and non-profits including, but not limited to, strategic planning, business process improvement, talent development, Merger & Acquisition support & integration, and technology implementation. By partnering closely with you, the client, we will work together to customize an approach to address your needs and quickly implement a strategy to improve your organization’s performance.
In one-on-one coaching sessions, I work with you to identify and address what is keeping you from achieving your personal or business goals. Utilizing my International Coaching Federation training and years of experience mentoring managers on business and personal challenges, we focus on removing roadblocks to success, tailoring your communication style to the situation, and finding new ways to tackle difficult situations.
